I will never book here again! It was the worst 3 nights I have had in hotels. I'm a travelling salesman and I'm in hotels every week.

Liked: I like how welcoming the front desk staff were! I liked to see that the rooms were clean and up to standard. My family had forgotten the little ones life jacket but this hotel had a couple extra put aside for use!!

Not worth the money paid...

Disliked: For a $200 a night room, was disappointing. Even with it winter, we had to run the a/c in the room, was 27’C when we got in the room. And if we turned a/c off it got hot extremely fast. The building is in need of some upgrades. Carpets in the hall are frayed in areas. Some of the face cloths & towels left in the room were stained. The breakfast was ok, but when my husband asked for fresh eggs was told there was non, only the scrambled in the warmer. But when someone else came in, they were made a fresh omelette. The description for the room said there was a in room hot-tub, and it turned out to be a jet tub, still nice to have, but not what was advertised.

Liked: Staff was good.The location is good.
Disliked: The toilet pot was not properly cleaned. It also had flushing problem. Though I complained, the problem was not solved.

Liked: Right beside Tim Hortons.
Disliked: The tv didn’t work the first day. They fixed it. I don’t know what was wrong. The tv wouldn’t turn on the 2nd day. What a shit show. They offered me a different room. I refused that and stayed in the room.
