Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was clean and comfortable. I felt safe leaving my car in the parking lot.
Disliked: Everything was worn down and patchy. Scuffs and scratches on the furniture, creaky elevator, scrapes and dings on the bathtub and walls, etc. Some appliances like a lamp and the alarm clock were unplugged. There was a burn mark on the nightstand.

Probably would not stay again

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: The hot tub was disgusting. The doors to some of the rooms looked like someone had broke in. The lid on the back of our toilet was broken missing the whole front corner. And the staff at night acted like in was inconvenient for her to get a towel after we got out of the dirty hot tub.

Liked: Its clean. Closed to airport and shops.
Disliked: The staff was not friendly or helpful. Only the front desk lady when I checkout was nice. Everybody else was rude and grumpy, also not helpful at all.

Disliked: They ran out of regular coffee for the rooms. No Diet sodas available in vending machines or market.

Liked: I would like to thank Jocelyn at the front desk for her kindness and the customer service she provided. That's the kind of integrity that makes a difference .
Disliked: My wife requires a wheelchair accessible room. The room we were given was affordable, but was not much bigger than a closet and wasn't really suitable for a disabled person
