Liked: The girls working there were so amazing!! Beautiful location and the breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. Very clean. Forgot my swimsuit but I heard the waterslide was fast and the pool looked nice. My parents had a room on the second floor and it was really nice.
Disliked: My room was horrible. First thing they had an outside entrance so I was uncomfortable with that. Felt like a Motel from the 80’s. There was a long cigarette burn in the carpet and the light cover over the bathroom sink fell down and broke at 7 am scaring the daylights out of me. The fridge was beyond disgusting and froze my beer. Very clean from housekeeping but definitely NOT worth $200 a night!!!

Exceptional

Liked: We had a wedding and this was our hotel. It was a wonderful experience from booking to final stay day. Staff was super helpful, kind and I would tell anyone to stay here for this was a great experience for all families that attended. The kids loved the watersides. Breakfast was great. Thanks to the staff.

Disliked: Breakfast was not very good, young man who was looking after the breakfast area was sloppy and there was food left all over the tops. Coffee appalling and no bread for the toaster. We had previously stayed in a sister hotel the night before and had a similar set up but it was managed excellently. Very clean. Tidy. Plenty of food and coffee available not like this one. The young man was scruffy and looked uninterested.
