I have stayed in worse...

Liked: The room was very large; had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. we were very close to the rear exit which was nice. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: the coffee at the breakfast was cold and had a bad after taste. the parking lot was full of pot holes. the hallways were extremely warm (almost sauna like) The number of people that were outside smoking marijuana was annoying. it smelled like a skunk had let loose.

Disliked: Hotel says they never received my reservation from booking they didnt have a room. after showing them my receipt and reservation finally was put in a room just to be double charged by booking 2 weeks prior and hotel charged me even after the guy said I wouldn't be charged

Good but wish the snow...

Disliked: I had stayed there due to weather situations, large amount of snow. And no one had plowed the parking lot snow drifts were large not very good access to the building and lots of people stuck not able to get into the parking lot.

Disliked: There was no coffee maker in the room. Heater was a little loud.
