No heat bad stay

Liked: The grounds as a whole seemed nice
Disliked: Pool and other amenities facility features seemed not to be in service - Heat did not work in my room Caused a very uncomfortable stay at pine wood I msg the hotel privately to give them an opportunity to resolve my issue with the room and no heat so I would not leave this review however my request was ignored

Liked: King bed
Disliked: Room was not clean. Wheelchair access not functional. No restaurant or bar as mentioned in ad. Ceiling in bathroom has water stains. Overall nit satisfied. Needs total overhaul and would not stay there again. Price too high for what was provided.

Disappointing

Liked: Likes that location has tim close and abhas station with fast food options and a restruant across the road...liked that the room was nice big size and that the jet tub was in bathrrom and and not in livingroom...
Disliked: Disnt like that our room had a weird odor to it the wall above fire place had some thing spilt all over the wall there was dirt on floor under fireplace that was not swept up....the pull couch when we pulled it out had dirty sheet on it and there was no clean sheets or blanket for pull out...at front desk I asked for sheet I was given one I asked about a blanket they had to look for one when one was brought to us it has some sort dark stains on it....on our last night there, there was a indian festival which was not a bother but in the morning the hall bathrooms were dirty and there was garbage all over the property in the am bottles and cups whiskey bottles the garbage by main door was overflowing with garbage was discuting to see this....the manager should been on this knowing there was a party and had someone cleaning up guest dont want to see this when checking out.....

Liked: It was by a tim Hortons and a gas station It has model trains set up in display case that are about 50 years old for old and young to enjoy....my todler loves it
Disliked: The carpets in hallway were dirty there was garbage here and there walking down halls there were stains kn carptet hallways which happens but it should be cleaned....our room had stuff splatter on wall that wasn't cleaned there was dirty left on floor by fire place in our room.when I pulled out the pull out couch the sheet was dirt had animal hair and black stuff looked like mice poop... our last night stay there was a indian festival party taking place which was kn low-key but in morning the hotel grounds were discussing the main lobby bathrooms had garbage on floors the property outside there was beer bottles whiskey bottles and garbage litter everywhere the garbage can by main door was over flowing and garbage all over on groundnby it......very disappointing to see this the manager or supervisor should had someone on clean up duty very early to clean so that the guests would not see this mess....

Liked: I loved the balcony I had with my room.
Disliked: I didn't like that I had to settle for a different room type. I reserved Nd prepaid for a Kong room woth jetted rub n fireplace but only got the room with rhe tub. The pool no longer exists.

Liked: Good price and location
Disliked: I booked a lower level room for pets and when I got there it they were not available. Also no extra charge was mentioned about pet. 25.00 per night for pet seems high. Also rear door was open 24/7
