Liked: The staff were very kind and helpful.
Disliked: I booked this hotel for the pool and slide during a trip to the region to visit Waterton and other local points of interest. I drove four hours to get there (with two young kids) and when we arrived we were informed that the pool, hot tub and waterslide were closed. After explaining I paid a lot more money to choose the Ramada because of the pool, they offered a small discount. But we were so disappointed. We also experienced a tremendous amount of noise from the guests staying above us and had to make several calls to the front desk. They did what they could to deal with it and offered for me to move rooms, but it was such a hassle. I suppose perhaps the floors are not super soundproof, and I generally have low expectations when staying in hotels, but the amount of noise was beyond comprehension.
