Disliked: Rooms are not carpeted. All rooms open to the outside. Minimal breakfast.

Disliked: Called the front desk once we arrived and had already unpacked that the lights on both sides of the bed did not work. I had already tried switching the bulbs out, which did not work. It was late in afternoon and was told maintenance had already left for the day, but would get them to investigate the next day (Saturday). We were out most of the day so when we returned, checked the lights and they STILL not been repaired. Called front desk again and someone was sent. He unlocked the door, did not knock! Seemed surprised we were there. However, found out the light switch next to the door makes them work. Apparently, front desk did not know that either nor did they even suggest it!Water spots on the ceiling, not to mention the toilet should have already been recaulked.Let's also not forget the cold eggs for breakfast unless you reheat in the microwave!

Conveniently located and nice small...

Liked: It was conveniently located. Also the rooms were tidy.
Disliked: No elevators for upstairs. Luckily they were able to move us downstairs with a minimal fee. Also the rooms were very small. My son is disabled and his wheelchair barely fit. I was also sad to see the pool closed, which I understood why but it wasn’t disclosed up front.

Disliked: Was told no Cots or rollaway as my kids hate sleeping in same bed and was told they didn’t have any but daughter saw a closet with 3
