Liked: Everything was very clean. Presentation, excellent.
Disliked: Don't have suggestion.

The stay was okay but...

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I have stayed there a couple times have never been asked to give my card for deposit and this time it was a different lady I put down a cash deposit and still had to put a card down as well. I have stayed there before and have never and would never mess up a room. I just thought it was unnecessary but she didn’t care how I felt.

Disliked: Called the front desk once we arrived and had already unpacked that the lights on both sides of the bed did not work. I had already tried switching the bulbs out, which did not work. It was late in afternoon and was told maintenance had already left for the day, but would get them to investigate the next day (Saturday). We were out most of the day so when we returned, checked the lights and they STILL not been repaired. Called front desk again and someone was sent. He unlocked the door, did not knock! Seemed surprised we were there. However, found out the light switch next to the door makes them work. Apparently, front desk did not know that either nor did they even suggest it!Water spots on the ceiling, not to mention the toilet should have already been recaulked.Let's also not forget the cold eggs for breakfast unless you reheat in the microwave!
