Great room, weird heat.

Liked: Spacious room
Disliked: The heat was weird. The thermostat didn’t seem to read the room temp. Once the thermostat was set to 24 and it was freezing, then turned it up to 27 and the heater wouldn’t shut off.

Great hotel stay

Liked: The pool was excellent. Not too cold. Lots of kids, our kids had a great time. Excellent breakfast. Our room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Would recommend 100% to anyone.

Liked: Close to in-laws home and my wife’s brother’s both stayed as well.
Disliked: Kids running in the halls for 2 hours!!! I complained and got $30 off my room. Still this needs to be addressed and maybe have hockey clubs ball clubs or whoever sign a contract that says if your people make excessive noise, trashing rooms, hallways etc, they will be removed from property. For what we paid for a nights stay, this makes your hotel look like a low end motel. I am sure the front end people knew what was going on because they told me they were trying to improve.
