Liked: Person checking us in (owner?) was very helpful. Great personality. Made sure as we ate the free continental breakfast (that was better than most hotels, btw) that we had a good experience. This was up & above fir customer service.

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: They saw a black woman and added an extra $100 to the original fee of $74 this was in direct contrast to their only posted sign of charging a 15% charge for a debit card. The clerk on duty was rude about it and couldn’t explain why I was being charged an extra $100 dollars instead of the %15 debit fee that was posted. The also couldn’t explain why an Asian woman checking in after me wasn’t charged at all even though she paid with a debit card.
