Liked: Staff was very kind and helpful.
Disliked: It is advertised as having continental breakfast. However, there was no breakfast. Had I known that I would have chosen a different hotel.

Ramada is my last resort...

Liked: The only thing I liked is the location. The beds were comfy and the shower had warm water. The towels were ok.
Disliked: The receptionist was not friendly at all. There was no ice in the ice machine. There was not breakfast available.

Great location, poor service

Liked: Good location. Very close to I5, food shops are close, specially great mexican food.
Disliked: Breakfast (hot buffet) is mentioned in the booking.com offer, but it was only muffins and granola bars to grab and go.There were two spiders in our room.Fire sprinklers leaking in at least two floors, next to laundry machines.

Liked: I like the location of the hotel, the staff is very nice and the room was very clean, not noisy at night and they are next to a major hwy

Liked: Breakfast was the pits. A grab and go thats got no hot breakfast with tables etc .No offense , Ramada's going down hill there are a few in the last couple of months that have had the thoughts that use to be synonymous with staying at a Ramada. The gym could use a little bit of a makeover , except for treadmill and free weights they were okay. Perhaps thats me because of the gym I attend. But the room was okay. Clean enough small enough compact enough for a single or two person occupancy. Taking $200 in cash up front but not letting us know during booking. Well , why not on the card . I was asking myself if this was a good place to stay at , what kind of a neighborhood am I in and asked as much. Get a receipt , will it be returned. Knowing a head , how your breakfast was , cash in advance , no offense, sorry to say but I would look for the place with a breakfast , no cash out of pocket hotel. The gym wasn't a make or break it proposition but has great value.
Disliked: Breakfast and a place to eat it like the Days In. NO $200 cash for the room. Somethings weird there.
