Kind of disappointed.

Liked: I really enjoy the room we’re renting; the staff is friendly and easy to talk to, which makes everything smooth.
Disliked: I was disappointed with the hotel because they advertised a free breakfast, but there was no food available. I was looking forward to a nice breakfast after waking up, but instead, I found nothing. The service was lacking!

Never again. Too much money...

Liked: Ok property. Area seemed sketchy.
Disliked: They charge a $200 US funds for a deposit plus the hotel charge .. so if your Canadian paying Canadian funds they will take almost $500 from your credit card for the speciality deposit plus hotel charge. So, the exchange is bad and this is the reality . You need lots of room on your credit card for this place. Other hotels only charge $35 US for security deposits.

Disliked: The reason I booked this hotel was because they advertised a breakfast unfortunately they did not have breakfast they did not have hot coffee available very disappointing, my family member is ill and that was a very important part of the stay - a real breakfast was most important. I could have booked a cheaper hotel but paid the extra because I was expecting the breakfast

Who needs to have fun...

Liked: The price for NEW YEARS was good and close to friends we had planned to hangout with but got messed up because you had to stay in the room because of a reboot key thing that no one was aware of but new years eve is the best time to mess with room keys took four days to get part of the money back and didn't even get a free stay for two days after messing up the plans for new years.
Disliked: Said all I needed to thanks for asking.

Disliked: Website said breakfast provided. After booking the hotel sent an e-mail stating that breakfast is not provided & stays that are longer than 2 days must put down a $200 cash deposit.
