Small rooms, but very clean; perfect for a quick visit to Oakland.

Liked: Short walk from the BART and London Square.
Disliked: Front desk was very friendly, but uninformed about public transportation - didn't know that BART is connected with Oakland Airport.

Disliked: Breakfast looked very minimal. Did not participate.Machines in laundry room not cleaned. Flyer in room stated quarters for machine were available at front desk, but they did not have them.No ice machine. They had to go to restaurant next door to get ice for me.Old fashion window AC, no remote control instructions.The view from the dirty window in my room looked at the next building and a bunch of pigeon droppings. This type of room should have been heavily discounted.Door to room was VERY heavy or there was something wrong with the hinges.

Liked: Quaint hotel, good heating, large and comfortable bed, having an iron provided and hair dryer. I like the hair products. the room was nice and quiet.
Disliked: The breakfast didn’t have eggs. They only had blueberry muffins-I don’t like blueberries. I wish there was a microwave in the room. More soap and toilet paper should be provided.
