Nasty hotel!

Liked: Price
Disliked: It's filthy!! We stayed there August 2024 and complained about the rooms, especially bathrooms being dirty. We thought we'd try it one more time and still dirty. Bathroom is gross, hair in the shower and floor was dirty. Floor in room was dirty, I also slipped on ice going into the hotel, told the guy at the desk, he gave me a blank stare and said "sorry" I asked about how to file a claim because I knew I was hurt. He said NOTHING! I walked out. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

I would not stay here...

Disliked: The water pressure was terrible - could barely take a shower. None of the equipment worked in the fitness area and, when I told the staff, I got a blank look in return. For the hotel not being busy, the room location was terrible. For this being aWyndham branded hotel I expected more but it didn't even come close.
