Disappointing

Liked: I liked the location. Towels were clean.
Disliked: The carpets were old and a tripping hazard. The shower nozzle fell off when I turned on the water. Bathroom smelled like pee. A fight broke put and last over an hour. Parking and breakfast at IHOP was too expensive. Complimentary Starbucks coffee machine in lobby didn't work. Vending machine had sparse items. I think it just needs some upgrading and care.

Spacious room and good value...

Liked: A good value, clean and comfortable property with easy access to all Niagara Falls has to offer. I really liked its spacious size and jacuzzi tub.
Disliked: No complaints at all for the price. Nothing fancy but great value.

Stayed one night to see...

Liked: Staff was pleasant, location was a few blocks to the falls,
Disliked: *Shower was an ice cold trickle -I couldn’t believe it didn’t work properly and there was no warm water!* Our room was dirty - lipstick on the bedsheets, mildew coming through the bathroom walls, hair hanging from the bathroom mirror, bathtub enamel was coming off and needs to be caulked around, carpet was old and looked dirty.
