Poor value for the money

Liked: Staff at the reception is kind and friendly. Room has a decent and well equipped kitchen.
Disliked: Uncomfortable beds and pillows, same with the sofa and chairs. Surcharge that was actually a higher price as the only payment option was on-line and that one has a surcharge regardless if you pay with a debit card or a credit card. If you only have one payment option and it comes with a fee, that should simply be a part of the price.Noisy. Room is a wardrobe not an extra room, there are no windows, "automatic " ventilation wasn't working. If two people stay in this room, it is fine but if you are a party of three and want privacy, it's not good. No lock on the toilet door. No place to put your cosmetics. Everything seems to be new or refurbished but they went for cheepest option for all furniture and finishes. It is more like a fancy hostel One of the towels was not clean. Checkout is too early. No decent tv channels.
