Do not stay here

Liked: This property looks like a crack house. Dirty towels in hallways, trash everywhere. Roaches crawling everywhere.
Disliked: This property is an embarrassement to the Wyndham brand name

Bad

Liked: DON’T STAY HERE! This hotel is a residential complex. Noise, yelling, doors slamming until almost 5am. Form what we could tell, most of the rooms had permanent residents.
Disliked: The price was outrageous. We had a cockroach in the tub in the morning!

Liked: Absolutely nothing. Hated this place.
Disliked: Well it was dirty. Furniture had stains in the chairs and the dressers were all scratched up. Carpet old and dirty. Wall paper peeling. The room had bugs all over and there was feces still in the toilet.Even the front desk did not look inviting as it was all separated by glass panels from customers and staff.

Liked: Good location of the hotel. Close to many good eateries, supermarkets and local bus station.Convenient location to places l planned to visit in the area.
Disliked: 1. The foul smell in the lobby, reception area and passages2. Poor cleanliness - could not eat from the hotel. Hanging tobacco smell in passages. Unattended leak from one water dispenser in passage.3. Noisy and unruly children for some clients.4. Reception staff unhelpful when l was looking for an early morning taxi.

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: The facility in the hotel is incredibly old, the bed is not comfortable at all, neither the blanket and even the towels are very hard.

Poor

Liked: The mirrors in the lobby were disgusting covered in fingerprints and smudges. Also the front entrance was dirty. The room had used shampoo and conditioner in there. The refrigerator had water in it. The tub had hair in it.

Liked: The staff at the front desk was friendly.
Disliked: Walking in, the glass doors were filthy. The hotel lobby smelled disgustingly of cigarettes. The decor looked like it was from the 1970s. It looked like a scene of a murder movie. The carpets in the hallway looked as if they were not cleaned in 50 years. I booked a nonsmoking room & the hallway was gross and also had a strong cigarette odor. There was no comforter in the bed, just sheets. We killed several cockroaches. I would not recommend staying at this property. For over $300, I feel as if I deserve a refund.
