Very poor

Disappointing

Liked: Affordable budget stay.
Disliked: The hotel lobby front desk is encased in bullet-proof glass, making for an intimidating sight upon arrival. The hallway smelled like marijuana and the reading lamps in our room did not work. We were assigned a first floor room off the parking lot. Gratefully it wasn't very busy so there wasn't much noise. We thought breakfast was part of the booking but they didn't have a breakfast on offer so we went to Starbucks nearby and checked out early.

Disliked: Room was run down. There were homeless people in the lobby, hallways and outside. In the morning, I saw someone sleeping under a stairwell. The room cost over $200.

Disliked: staff wouldn't honor booking error

This hotel is housing immigrants...

Liked: The location is the same as it was last time we stayed there

Do not stay here

Liked: This property looks like a crack house. Dirty towels in hallways, trash everywhere. Roaches crawling everywhere.
Disliked: This property is an embarrassement to the Wyndham brand name

Bad

Liked: DON’T STAY HERE! This hotel is a residential complex. Noise, yelling, doors slamming until almost 5am. Form what we could tell, most of the rooms had permanent residents.
Disliked: The price was outrageous. We had a cockroach in the tub in the morning!
