Adequate.

Liked: The location was convenient. There was a fridge in the room.
Disliked: The physical structure is a little tired. The 1st floor hallway was not vacuumed and there were industrial fans going in the hallway.

Disliked: I didn't get the ground room I asked for during reservation and check in.We were cold, I asked for extra blankets and they didn't have any.I asked to get the AAA rate and they refused to adjust my fee.

They could do more with...

Liked: Smoke free room
Disliked: Little or no housekeeping. Even when they had the chance to make the bed, they left dirty towels under the sheets, It was disgusting. They left trash in the hallways for a long time.
