Superb

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The bed was soo comfortable!

Good

Liked: The room is big enough for a small family.
Disliked: The fan of the heater was noisy at night.

Exceptional

Superb

Liked: Good location 15mins walk from main tourist area. Lots of free parking. A reasonable free budget self service breakfast (cereal, breads, waffles, sausage, egg)

Very satisfied

Liked: Beds are super comfortable. Housekeeping is very diligent in refreshing towels, making beds and cleaning bathroom..Having breakfast available in the breakfast room is extremely convenient.

It was ok, but I...

Liked: Ok. Coffee was awful
Disliked: Staff were not very welcoming

Excellent place to stay when...

Liked: Very clean and kept up property.

Comfortable for a one night...

Liked: Large room. Comfortable bed
Disliked: The staff acted like they didn’t approve of my going through booking.com instead of booking directly with them. They wouldn’t give me a receipt and said to “get it through booking.com”. I was shocked as that’s never happened at any other hotel I’ve booked through booking.com.

Perfect Location and Great offerings

Liked: The hotel was very accommodating; breakfast was a great offering. Delicious waffles, hot eggs or sausages and the convenience of “take out” cups or plates. Location of the hotel was very easy to get to and in a safe neighbourhood. Room was very big! Lots of room, balcony was wonderful, the bathroom was clean and stocked with lots of towels and complimentary hand soaps. I just wished they had the shower dispensers with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Check out Cheeky Monkey Glassworks, just north from the hotel. Such a beautiful store and the owner was super nice!
