Disliked: I checked in at 1:30am as I arrived into Nanaimo on the last ferry from Tsawwassen. The clerk took a photo copy of my drivers license which i find extremely invasive. I am uncomfortable about the Hotels ability to maintain my personal information and I have no understanding as to why this information was needed, especially as no copies of drivers license is taken earlier in the evening.Further to this I requested my Son drop my vehicle in the Ramada Parking lot for my use upon my arrival. He was to leave the keys at the front desk with a note addressed to me. The front desk staff would not accommodate keeping the keys until my arrival. This created a significant inconvenience to my family upon arrival at the hotel. Not a good example of customer service.
