Great staff. Very clean and...
Disliked: Way too much cigarette smoke residue in the hallways. It stunk to high heaven! We almost left. But the rooms were nice. Clean. Did NOT smell of cig smoke, much to our surprise. The staff, from start to finish were all so friendly and helpful ! They made our stay very pleasant.

Poor
Disliked: Hotel was very outdated, rooms weren’t clean, bathtubs/ showers had mold in them. The first room we were in the AC didn’t work so we switched rooms. The AC worked for 10 minutes in the second room then cut off. The place reeked of weed.

BUGS/ ROACHES
Liked: Nothing!!
Disliked: The air conditioner in the room we was first put in stopped working so we had to move rooms @ 12am with 2 small children & then the other room we got put in had BUGS/ ROACHES all in it!! I’m very upset. I will be contacting someone because no accommodations were offered. No partial refund was offered absolutely nothing at all was offered & We had to stay in a room with bugs with my children. I’m absolutely disgusted & very upset

Vacation/wedding
Liked: The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The refrigerator didn't work. We notified the hotel, and they said they'd take care of it, but never did.

Pleasant for the most part....
Liked: Hot Breakfast is great! Rooms clean and comfortable. Gym and laundry fairly easy to access. During the summer when we stayed here the pool was amazing.
Disliked: Microwave sounds like it's about to explode. Hair dryer doesn't work at all. Told reception and no one ever came to fix or replace. Three of us staying and given only 1 room key. Had to ask for more, then the keys would stop working for our door only. Worked for all the other doors in the hotel, just not our room door. When telling the staff about the problem, they were terse with me, like it was my fault. I don't have a cell phone to demagnetize my key card, so that's not it, and it doesn't explain why I've had to get all 3 keys redone many times during this stay.
