Everything was clean and comfortable. Very close to Shoreline made it nice.

My wife and I showed up at 4:00pm to check in. I was met with an office that was locked up and the lights out. The lady working the front desk pokes her head out and says "yeah ?" . I was thrown by that and told her I have a reservation. She told me to come back later or just wait here because the power is out. We drove 4 hours to get there and then had to drive around for 5 more due to the power. I know it's not her fault but there was just no professionalism in her response. We were finally able to check in at 9:00 pm. The room was not what was advertised. Online the price for a king bed w/ jacuzzi tub was $141 and the lady tells me that their jacuzzi room is $165? Room was boiling hot and I could have gotten better reception on the TV with rabbit ears! I may be picky but to me it's all about customer service seeing as I own my own business as well. I asked what they were willing to do and they cut us $20 off the first night. We were so unhappy from the whole experience that there wasn't a second night. Please read through all the reviews before choosing this place. We will never stay here again!

My friend and I stayed here because we were in town to see BFD (at Shoreline Amphitheatre) and I got the room through ConcertHotels.com, which made it reasonable. We checked in on Friday afternoon and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool or jacuzzi wasn't heated and it was dirty - I told the front desk lady and she got maintenance to work on it right away. The continental breaKfast was great, especially making your own waffles. Next time I am bringing my husband and daughter - back again next month for a much needed family vacation. YOU ROCK!

We had two rooms, with my sister in laws in the room right next to the pool so that was great. The breakfast was good. We had really nice stay. The lady who checked us in was very polite and we were able to get in our rooms without waiting. The whole staff there was good to us. Our cab was on time even though we had to change to a bigger cab. All in all we had a great stay.
