We were only in town...
Liked: The breakfast was a very good full meal with plenty of hot and cold options !
Disliked: The heater/air conditioner was abit noisy

Liked: Nice room, comfortable and close to everything you need.
Disliked: At no fault to the staff, other guests were allowed to track gross amounts of mud into the building. Thus getting it on our shoes and bringing it into our room. Working guests should be leaving dirty work clothes at their vehicles. This is not a camp.

Liked: How amazing the front staff and magement team was! Friendly service.Appreciated the manager allowing me to use a broom to clean my kiddos cracker mess up so the cleaners didn't have to worry about that!
Disliked: How the hallways got noisy with the sports teams coming in late! Dislike the main floor due to the amount of traffic with it being not to far from the front.Other than that it was a great stay!

Liked: So, I made the mistake of staying here for a third time. The first two weren’t exactly paradise, but this time they really upped their game—or should I say, the bed bugs did. They stuck me on the third floor, room 319, which I soon discovered was their bed bug VIP suite. By the next day, I was pretty much their all-you-can-eat buffet. My partner received elite treatment of allergic reaction.When I called customer service, the manager graciously called me back—well, called with attitude, because that’s the best way to handle your guests' horror stories, right? He basically said, "Tough luck, you booked through a third party, so no refund for you!"I thought, "Okay, Booking.com will help me, right?" Wrong. They made me wait a week just to say, "Yeah, the hotel doesn't want to give you anything." What a shocker!In conclusion, if you're into bed bugs and rude customer service, this place should be on your bucket list. If not, literally anywhere else would be a better choice.
