Disliked: Honestly it was the worst experience I have ever had compared to any hotel or motel I’ve stayed at. When I arrived, my booking was prepaid but they asked me to pay an additional fee of $11.60. My issue wasn’t with the amount itself but with the principle—why should I be charged extra when the hotel was already prepaid? I felt deeply disappointed. At first the receptionist was polite but her attitude changed the moment I explained that I shouldn’t have to pay the fee since the booking was prepaid. She raised her voice started shouting and insisted I pay. She didn’t give me a chance to explain my side canceled my booking, and told me to find another hotel as they wouldn’t accommodate me. This all happened at 1 AM and the arguments dragged on until 2 AM or later! What’s strange is that I’ve never been asked to pay additional fees at any hotel in my entire life when the booking was prepaid—except for a deposit. It felt like a scam or as though the money was going to someone else. If these charges were legitimate, I should have received an email notifying me of the fee before my arrival or seen some notice during the booking process—but this never happened! It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I also want to add that the receptionist mentioned this administrative fee was introduced two months ago, and she admitted facing many complaints from guests because of how these charges are being imposed in such an unusual way. I was forced to go to another hotel after they canceled my reservation, and unfortunately, it was a difficult night for me due to my work commitments the next day.

And one word, nightmare
Liked: They charged my credit card twice. The breakfast was awful they added a $11.60 charge per day that was not on there booking sight the girl at the desk said it was called a substrain ability charge, which is she said was for cleaning up the property. It’s not on booking site either. The main thing is the charging of my credit card twice for everything even though when I checked out, it had my total of four 5740 which included $46.40 for that sustainability act I am not happy with this at all. I’m going to my bank this morning because they still charge my credit card twice even though they told me they straightened it out when I checked out my number is 702-883-6974. I would like a call back. I’m not happy carol casey and Rich Gilbert.
Disliked: It would’ve been nice if the manager was on duty or even there, but I was told she was on vacation and whoever was at the desk was in charge and those people had no clue what was going on.

Disliked: Communication with the Front desk Clerk was HORRIBLE, She made SHOW & GIVE My ID & CREDIT CARD AGAIN After giving those Reserving ROOM, then Again for On Line Check in and THEN AGAIN upon ARRIVAL, What was EARLY CHECK In For???
