Surprise Environmental Fee Charged at...

Liked: Everything about the hotel was great and they deserved a 10. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and was super clean, coffee was hot and there were plenty of breakfast items; the beds were comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The parking lot was well lit. The hotel deserved a 10!
Disliked: However, they made us pay an extra $11.00 environmental fee when we checked in and we had no way of opting out. It seemed like an underhanded way of charging us for the breakfast. Why isn't this added at the time of the booking? It really upset me and caused me to not give them a 10 when they deserved a 10.

Disappointing

Disliked: Not even a coffee maker in the room, but there was an ironing board and iron. I would rather have a coffee maker. The bathroom floor was dirty, but it looked clean until I wiped up the water on the floor after showering, with their white towel. The room smelled a little musty so I had to burn a few incense while I was there.After my stay, my debit card was charged $335.67, the deposit was $250.00, that's $85.67 more than the deposit. (room for 3 nights was $300.64 paid while I was there) TOTAL CHARGED $636.31. There was no damage done in the room at all except dirty towels from the dirty bathroom floor. Which wasn't my dirt.

Liked: All of it. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and happy. This shows me, it's a good place to be. And Breakfast was wonderful! I also, really like the shampoo, conditioner and body soap is already hung in the shower. Great idea!
Disliked: I forgot my shower cap. Wish there would have been one of the cheap ones in the bathroom. And it would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room. I had to get dressed and out a bit sooner than I wanted to go get a cup of coffee. But it was not a deal breaker. Everything was great.
