Liked: When we arrive 730 pm the room was very cold. We had get blankets to stay warm till room warming up. Not what I inspected.

Liked: We had to extend our stay and there was no issue. The staff was very accommodating.
Disliked: There was a hockey team staying here and the breakfast area was always busy with no seats available - though this is not the fault of the hotel.
