Liked: We had to extend our stay and there was no issue. The staff was very accommodating.
Disliked: There was a hockey team staying here and the breakfast area was always busy with no seats available - though this is not the fault of the hotel.

Liked: Our first impression was good.staff was great and the room very clean and comfortable. We had a good first night stay.
Disliked: A faulty smoke detector alarm system woke us beeping shortly after midnight. By 2:30 and several calls and trips to the desk we were moved to a new room. At3:47 we were wakened when someone entered the room claiming that they had been given it on their reservation. In the morning the manager tried to justify this by saying the clerk was stressed and that everyone was upset. Maybe so but no one else had a stranger and their dog wake them up in the room they had been moved to. I expect better from the Ramada but the manager could not see any problem here and continued to try and justify his position.

Liked: Breakfast was really good. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was good
Disliked: It was noisy at times. We felt it was caused by water running. toilet flushing in room above us. Also road traffic. Ice machine was very noisy, but that didn't affect us in our room.I know some of us are more sensitive to noise than others.
