Liked: Great location and great price; free breakfast was awesome; I would definitely stay there again.

Liked: The breakfast is good and rooms are comfy!

Poor

Liked: Need renovating, bathroom ceiling was leaking, walls are poorly isolated. I heard every single noise outside my room. I can hear the water running through the pipes whenever someone is using the bathroom in the next room.
Disliked: Old, no sound isolation.

Disliked: Bathroom ventilation. Perhaps repair or even replace the bathroom fan.Put cups back in the bathroom.Maybe have a Keurig instead of a regular coffee pot? (Much less messy)
