Hotel was okay if you were just there to sleep; Otherwise, if you wanted to swim or have cocktails you had to cross the street. Their elevator was so small but room was clean.

Liked: Desk person was excellent and the driver we had on our shuttle run was so friendly.
Disliked: Had to cross street to enjoy lounge and other amenities, which was not told to me when booking.

Liked: Convenient location and clean room.
Disliked: Pillows made my neck hurt; both parking lots full (but still paid parking).

My sink wouldn't drain, which was really disgusting, but they did waive our parking fee as a result of that inconvenience. I chose this hotel for my stay because it was so close to The Rave, and I have difficulty getting around due to medical problems; I was disappointed that I could have paid less for a higher quality hotel that was further away but may have been able to accommodate me better.

Liked: The staff members were personable and helpful.
Disliked: Not worth price paid.

Liked: Walking distance of Rave.
Disliked: Thermostat didn't work; ice machine not working; breakfast room dirty.

Liked: Location, right next to the Rave.
Disliked: We have stayed at the Ambassador Inn probably 10 times within the past year, since we like to attend concerts at the Rave. However, this time our stay was double what we usually pay- $154, our bathtub was broken, we were only provided with 1/2 roll of toilet paper, we didn't get any coffee or soap and the front desk charged us extra for parking (which never happened before). Overall, I was very dissappointed with our stay and it was NOT worth the money.

Do you have a golf cart? If so, maybe have someone shuttle people to their cars? Just a thought :-)

I love how close it is to the Rave. And if you're going for a concert, it's more than likely that everyone else is too and the place turns into a giant party. Don't stay here if your looking for a quiet stay.

Liked: Good price; great location.
Disliked: Room not completely ready upon arrival.
