Liked: staff were great and helpful
Disliked: We were in an accessible room. This could be updated to be more functional. Floors very slippery when wet in bathroom. Good opportunity to have a walk in accessible shower so all could use it that need it. Lights and plugs not easy to utilize.

The above says it all....

Liked: The gal who checked me in was extremely nice, and offered to carry my bag. I replied that it was on wheels so I could manage it. UNTIL, I discovered there was no elevator. Apparently all the main floor rooms were taken for the dog show visitors. At age 77 years, that was a BIG disappointment: i m anaged each time I cam and went, as I did not have a suitace with me then, and had the manon the desk bring down my suitsae when I checked out.
Disliked: I knew the hotel was OLD as I drive by it all the time when at my cottage. I presumed it had been updated, as it was now classified as a Wyndham, and I LOVE the Microtel by Wyndham in Aurora. Much to my dismay I saw very little updating.The breakfast was a real disappointment; dried up back bacon, and very cold scrambled eggs.Believe it or not I am NOT a person who complains, unless really necessary. I would never stay there again, nor recomm end it.

Comfy stay

Liked: Just about everything especially the breakfast dining room! Check in/out staff very helpful, bed super comfy and quality bathroom freebies!
Disliked: I was a bit late to breakfast and found the hot foods weren't kept as hot as could've been, or even topped up with fresh food. And wasn't sure how to work the cable TV to find a guide so had to go thru every channel to see what was on.
