Good Location, Good Service, Comfortable...

Liked: Easy access right on Hwy 7, just a couple kms from downtown Lindsay. The man on Reception was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The on site restaurant had very good service and the food was good, but some of the menu items were not available. I didn't try the breakfast.
Disliked: NOTE: I have some mobility challenges so be aware that the rooms closest to Reception and the on site restaurant are not disabled 'friendly'. (the disabled access rooms are at the far end of the hotel from the restaurant but do have a disabled parking spot and entrance at that end, accessible after checking in at Reception). Bathroom in the regular room close to Reception that I requested to minimize the need for a lot of walking or in and out of hotel, is small, no hand grips on tub, and I needed a step stool to get up onto the high bed. The restaurant is a fairly long uphill walk from Reception (no problem for able bodied people but quite a distance for people in a disabled room at the far end), and a section of the hall is VERY dark at night.

Disliked: The TV guide and channels could have been better. Just a little inconvenience, but most channels needed a subscription to watch. .
