Room was clean and in good condition, staff people were excellent, extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The dining on site is limited, but there are many dining opportunities elsewhere in the area. The location to downtown historic Ligonier is great with everything in short walking distance. Overall a very good experience.

A nightmare that I have...

Liked: There wasn't any. There was bread and pastries so stale and hard that a rock would have been softer, a couple shriveled apples, no juice or coffee, pancake syrup but nothing to put it on, and I wasn't brave enough to look too closely at the 2 cereals.
Disliked: Heating vents that didn't spew dust out of them, a refrigerator that functioned properly, being able to turn down the volume on the TV, a desk chair that didn't have holes in it, being able to turn on the shower without having to brace my foot on the wall and pull with everything I had. Being able to get information about local shops without the desk clerk asking me what they sold or getting shoulder shrugs with "I don't know".

Never staying there again!

Disliked: We have stayed here many time in the last 6 years and this stay was the worst stay we have ever had. First the key card did not work so i had to go back to the check in desk, then on our second day the at 3pm the desk clerk came banging on the door and said we were banging the door shut which we were not doing it on purpose the door was not function properly with hands full you could not stop the door from slamming the day clerk was very rude and not professional.
