For us, this hotel fit...

Liked: I was extremely happy with our stay. Beds were comfortable. Room was warm and cozy. Staff were friendly. And hotel and our room were clean. LOVE the refillable shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body wash to help cut out small plastic waste!! Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold options. Overall, we were pleasantly impressed for what we got for the price we paid. Perfect for our one night stay.
Disliked: Nothing that I didn’t like. But it is a hotel that didn’t have much for kids to do (no pool-which was fine for us as we were not travelling with kids). I feel it is more geared towards the business travellers or the couple travelling.

Liked: Our expectations were high, and they exceeded it on every level.
Disliked: We stayed multiple days. A slight variety on the hot menu for breakfast would be nice. I.e. some hotels rotate sausages and bacon. It is a simple but appropriate touch for the frequent traveler.
