Liked: Shower was amazing Morning manager was amazing . Bed was comfy

Disliked: Somewhat dated , not a good first impression , people outside front door smoking , front desk behind plexiglass., very dark narrow hallways and stairs. Within 5 minutes of entering our room we heard very loud, rambunctious talking and yelling from an adjacent room, when I asked the front desk about moving to a different room I was told that wouldn’t be possible, luckily by about 10 pm that night the noise abated.

Liked: There was no gluten free bread or cereal formt husband.

Liked: I booked a room specifically to work in and it met all my expectations with a great desk and solid WIFI. I liked that it came with breakfast and there was also a small coffee maker in the room. The elevator was out of service for one of the days, and they included a discounted rate without me even having to ask.
Disliked: I didn't realize the boulevard can be a bit noisy on warm nights, but the proximity to the Japanese Gardens and that lovely park makes up for it.
