No proper coffee
Liked: The room was good size, looked clean, TV working
Disliked: The shower glass was too narrow, the water was splashing everywhere, only two big towels (the room was a family room, 3 people booked in). I guess the room has not been hoovered before us as I found someone's earring on the carpet. The breakfast was very dissapointing: croissants looked squashed, no any type of eggs, all food looked dried out, most likely because we came nearly to an end of the breakfast hours, it was still half an hour left (9.30), but no proper coffee, I had to empty instant coffee's sachet in to my cup and go to the reception for hot water.

Amazing staff is welcoming you...
Liked: Behind the hotel there is a playground and a public pathway into the nature. Staff was amazing, rooms very nice, good value for the price. Restaurants are in the building next to the hotel. Easy parking.
Disliked: One small thing is the smell in the kitchen area was a bit strong.

Disliked: We have stayed at this hotel more than ten times over the years and have always enjoyed our visits, consistently rating it very highly. Unfortunately, our last two stays have been deeply disappointing, which has significantly changed our overall impression. I now feel compelled to give it a much lower rating.It seems there may have been a change in management, as cleanliness standards have noticeably declined. On both recent visits, we found the rooms to be unclean—there was hair on the bed sheets, the toilet was dirty, the floor hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the tea tray and cups were unhygienic.Although we reported these issues and the staff were polite and offered us a new room, the replacement was in similarly poor condition.Sadly, based on these recent experiences, we are unlikely to return.
