Liked: The bathroom soap were empty. Bed was like they picked from rubbish recycling bin. No access to gym. Breakfast staff told the own is not working so limited foods on service. Horrible experience.

Liked: The room looks nice as always, large bed, large tv. Breakfast available,nice bar downstairs.
Disliked: Usually have zero issues. But this time we hadn’t slept the entire night, from loud noisy people in hallway, outside the front entrance (as we were directly on top if the entrance)There were 3 room arguing, including the one next to us all night shouting and throwing things. I went home with a migraine and throwing up with exhaustion.Usually have no issues with room as we’ve been plenty of times. But the black out curtain was broke so it was letting light through illuminating the whole room. No bin bag left in the bin. The shower floor had a dirty footprint, one screwed up towel left above the toilet with yellow stains, shower gel left empty, blue cleaning product left on the toilet seat. Pillows were terrible i couldn’t lay on any of them all were giving me neck pain they’re all hard and scrunched up inside.Just felt like no gave a crap when cleaning that room.
