Liked: Comfortable room and great shower!
Disliked: Breakfast was OK, it was full English but could have been hotter. Would have liked some mixed fruit eg strawberries/blueberries etc and yoghurt. Fruit selection was poor.Coffee machine was rusty, looked dirty?Coffee poor.

Liked: The general location of the hotel was easy to find and accessible. Reception staff were welcoming.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned, nor was the bathroom. The washbasin was not clean with spit marks in the basin. The mirror had not been cleaned, the toilet had blue marks on the seat like cleaner was just spilt on it. Above all, the beds were very unclean, I moved the duvet back to get in the bed, and there were blood marks on the bed sheet and beneath the pillow. The duvet covers didn't look washed or pressed. I reported this to reception, and one of the reception staff came and changed the bed sheets, pillow cases, etc. She was very apologetic and took photos and said this very poor housekeeping. However, my daughter already was in the other single bed as she was not feeling too well, but those sheets looked unclean as well.
