Liked: Seven (7) nights, Nov. 14th - 21st. Comfortable mattress & pillows. Nice exterior & quiet property. Many shops within walking distance or just a few blocks. Continental breakfast w/ small biscuits & sausages in a warmer - not bad!
Disliked: One day, just happened to look up at the room ceiling, cobwebs had made their way down the corners between door and walls. Looked at bottom corners of bathroom vanity, cobwebs there too. This was after housekeeping had cleaned the room. I think the cobwebs had been there for some time.

Liked: I just wanted alone time w my fiancé for a night away. The room itself was disgusting, calcium built up or mold one ALL INSIDE the air conditioner. I ran the jets w hot water 3 times before I even attempted to get in it (still didn’t) the jets were FULL of mold!! There was hair everywhere from the previous people, there was still someone else’s beanie beside the bed ?!?! Shows you how well they get cleaned

Disliked: That the bill was submitted to my debit card before I got there and it was 3 hours before midnight check in. The pre check in thing asked what time you expect to check in, I put around 8 pm and I didn't make it until like 10:30.. I also know the cancellation policy as in if you cancel you still have to pay for the room. Something seems fishy in the scenario that I am talking about. I was paying with cash at the property not by card so I feel that they wasn't authorized to bill my card and I know if I had of cancelled my reservation that it would have been taken from my debit card. If not for the fact that I actively monitor my credit cards and debit cards but for someone that doesn't pay that close of attention to their cards it could have went unnoticed and a theft would have occurred but at the bare minimum I now having to wait on the bank to release the hold that was placed on my account. I noticed it and went back told the front desk person that they had better cancel that transaction because I didn't authorize it and I had paid in cash. He proceeded to threaten me by saying that it was 250.00 dollars if I smoked in the room because I had asked if they had any smoking rooms when I checked in and I was smoking as I walked up to the night window when I checked in. I am truly disappointed with the situation as now I am having to wait for my money for something that wasn't even approved to start with because I stated on the reservation that I was paying at the property cash
