Had a great time in Orlando Florida - the hotel, services and staff was a cut above outstanding. Will be glad to visit/stay in the future. Semper Fi.

Disliked: Rooms are highly outdated. room was not clean, wasn’t given face cloths. hair on countertops and floor from previous people. bed was clean. pool was disgusting, didn’t look like it was cleaned.

Disliked: Room was outdated. Air vents were filthy. Bed springs squeaked every time you moved. Carpets were ripped at the edges. Dryers in laundry room were jammed with lint and did not dry clothes due to the blockage. Fire waiting to happen right there. Coming back from Orlando each night we had to turn past the hotel each time drive down a road into a Walmart parking lot to turn around to get to the hotel since it was on the opposite side of the highway and no turning lanes directly into the hotel.

Liked: The room was comfortable and was clean as well as the entire facility. The bed and pillows were comfortable as well. The staff was pleasant
Disliked: The basketball court outside our room was not a good thing at all. Trying to get a good night's sleep after a long day and having to get up early the next day was quit disruptive.

Liked: Check in was easy, but that is about all that we enjoyed.
Disliked: I thought Wyndam would mean the rooms would be more like a condo style or timeshare. At a minimum, I thought it would be like a hotel room. But the hotel is actually set up like a motel from the 1960's. The room was located on the second floor. There was no elevator. We had to carry all of our luggage bags up the stairs to our room. The room was not clean and needs some serious remodeling. The handle to the front door came off and we got stuck in our room until we could figure out how to escape. Then the shower knob came off. We tried asking one of the tons of employees all over the property for help but nobody spoke english. Finally we got one guy who didn't speak english to at least look at the doorknob so he could help us. The sign for Do Not Disturb was removed from our doorknob and the cleaners came in anyways. That wasn't a big deal because it was nice to have new towels but it was just unexpected since we did not want anyone in our room. The beds were very squeaky and uncomfortable. The AC unit inside the room was obnoxiously loud and made a horrible sound when it came on, which made it hard to sleep in the middle of the night. The pool by our room was super cold, but the pool down a bit was warm. Went swimming and it was not clean. Safe to say, we will never stay at this hotel again when we visit Orlando again.
