Liked: The staff at reception (I think his name was Sept, my apologies if the spelling is not correct) was very friendly and helpful. He addressed our issue during with our booking and made our stay a pleasant memory. Rooms were cleaned and recently renovated, everything thoughtfully placed.
Disliked: Indoor access halls to the rooms were not renovated . It could have been done as beautiful as what did for rooms and brought a fresh look to the indoor completely.

Liked: Location is great and easy to get around and anywhere in Kingston
Disliked: Small cupboard for a family to hang clothes. Need to install one in the room

Value for money!

Liked: Staying at Ramada was an amazing experience. In the beginning I was quite sceptical of staying but was later amazed by the experience that we had. From breakfast to room, everything was perfect and looking forward to stay again.
