Liked: The people in the office was very nice
Disliked: It was very getto, I checked out early cause I was alone and I didn't feel safe at all

Pleasant

Liked: It was very quiet and bed was extremely comfortable after a 14 hour flight. Staff and management listened and took care of an issue immediately.
Disliked: Room was not the cleanest, BUT staff and management were ready and available; they listened, asking how they could make our stay more enjoyable.
