Staff was wonderful, rates were...

Liked: While the bedding & linen was clean, there were several prominent stains on the carpet, & the room smelled of pet odours & smoke
Disliked: No parking for large vehicles

Thankfully we didn't spend much...

Liked: Breakfast restaurant has closed down
Disliked: Roofing repairs were noisy, elevator broke down, towel bar was broken, view out the window was a brick wall, mattress was lumpy

Disliked: Beds did not smell fresh, pillows were uncomfortable, rooms need to be updated, very old and did not feel or seem clean!
