Room was very clean and cool; very spacious. Not noisy at all.

Liked: Very clean and staff was very courteous and helpful at all times.
Disliked: Nothing.

Enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again. Staff is friendly and professional. Rates are reasonable. Only wished that there were arrangements with the parking garage for discount.

For the economic traveler! Value...

Liked: The hotel + hotel rooms are all very clean!, cleaning personal came in daily which is nice! Also, within 20min you can be at the WTC in manhatten! Perfect option for the economic traveler! Would go again. Very good value for the money.
Disliked: Breakfast. The eggs and sausages are as dry as a brick. Adding a bit of oil / cooking them in a steamer will make them 6x better. Only thing i realy enjoyed is the toast you can make with jelly. The hotel and rooms are outdated but everything works and is clean. Also the location late at night is not the nicest neighbourhood.

Jersey City, a nice stay!

Liked: They cleaned every day even though I didn't ask. It was very clean. It's close to a PATH train but much cheaper than staying in Manhattan. So if visiting NYC it's an ok place to stay to save some money. It has a self service shop that is open all night in case you need something. Staff is really nice.
Disliked: Breakfast is not what someone from Europe would expect. Everything is full of sugar and tastes weird, but I think that is generally America.Room was too hot even with thermometer off, the heating didn't stop. I was afraid to sleep with an open a window because there are fire stairs next to my window. Also everything looks a bit old.It said free airport shuttle but didn't say which one. So if you are not arriving on Newark, tough luck, this doesn't apply.Room door were not closed properly after cleaning, once I got back I was able to open them without a card. Luckily nothing was stolen. I also had trouble when closing door, because you need to slam them really hard to close.

Good Hotel but can improve...

Liked: Ramada is good hotel to stay in Jersey City, bus stop is 5 minutes' walk so is General Square station. Rooms are big and clean with coffee make and oven in the room. However, they don't provide drinking water, staff is not that friendly, they can't provide services on time like if you want some help neither they offer any luggage movement help. Breakfast is very average. Rate is high compared to location is 1 hour away from Manhattan. However, hotel is safe and nearby all Indian, pakistani restaurant is available.
Disliked: They charge you advance amount is equivalent to your stay which is huge amount. No drinking water they provide

Disliked: I did not like the neighborhood; it looks dangerous.
