Room was very clean and cool; very spacious. Not noisy at all.

Liked: Very clean and staff was very courteous and helpful at all times.
Disliked: Nothing.

Enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again. Staff is friendly and professional. Rates are reasonable. Only wished that there were arrangements with the parking garage for discount.

Liked: Very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: No onsite parking.

A great jumping off point...

Liked: Clean and convenient.Breakfast basic and ample Great free service from and to the airport Journal sq. station a short walk away and great service to lower manhattan.
Disliked: No bar

Liked: The front desk staff is great! The room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: The $250 “incidental” hold was VERY unexpected, especially since we’ve stayed here in the past and never had that before. We were told that this is a recent change due to bee management but we were never notified until check in. It would have been nice to know about it. To be honest, it may deter us from staying here again. The entire weekend stay only cost $289 and then held an additional $250…that’s pretty steep. I could see maybe a $50 hold…as I stayed in another hotel recently that did just that…but not $250…
