If I ever return to Jacksonville I will stay here without thinking twice.

Liked: Ladies at the front desk were very helpful. They had printed out directions to the concert we were attending.
Disliked: I couldn't take my breakfast to my room.

Would NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Liked: There was nothing to like. The pictures were not of the property. Grossly misrepresented and lots of vagrant people on property. The rating on booking is grossly inaccurate , please go to Google and see reviews there.
Disliked: My first mistake was thinking it would be a solid stay because it is backed by Wyndham. The staff is not welcoming upon arrival, very dry experience. Hotel lobby looks like they have attempted to remodel and the rooms are under remodel. I reserved a king room when booked and was told they don’t have upon my arrival and was given a two queen on the 4th floor with spotty internet not suitable for continuation of work purposes. Elevator has expired servicing date from 2023 and feels like you will get stuck or that it is a mini tower of terror with free falls. Hall way had the worst stench which followed into the rooms. Ceilings in the room have holes and look as though they have not been taken care of in years. The bedding was a sheet, a decrepit what could have been a duvet, and another sheet on top the duvet to make it appear to have a “clean” appearance. The pillows are flat and stained with clean pillow cases to disguise the unacceptable quality. One of the lamps did not work at the desk and the shower looks as if it has not been used in years and has hard water stains. Breakfast was advertised when booking and all it was is some muffins bits, a gogurt, and tiny water bottle. Also my card was charged separately for the stay prior to my check in and charged again plus a 50 incidental at check in. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and I will not be recommending to anyone visiting Jacksonville for business or for any other reason for the matter.

Will never be staying here...

Liked: Nothing at all left the moment we opened our eyes didn’t even stay the full time
Disliked: Air condition didn’t work so the rooms were so hot. We also booked because of the pool and the pool was empty. Also stay free breakfast and they didn’t mention that there breakfast was being remodeled and was closed so you got a couple items in a bag which where nasty. It says non smoking and smelt like people were smoking in the building . Showers and bathrooms where not cleaned and looks nasty. It says it’s newly renovated and nothing but the front was renovated at all this place was very dirty

I wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked: Location to where we were going.
Disliked: There is a night club on Friday and Saturday inside the hotel. An armed guard was stationed in front of the door. People were outside blasting music from their cars. The hallways reeked of smoke and the ceiling popcorn was falling in our room.
