We didn’t stay, I went...

Liked: Nothing, very filthy, cops were called due to a disturbance . The area is very unsafe, people hanging around that shouldn’t be. Homeless and others looking for drugs
Disliked: The room was filthy, carpet not vacuumed, trash left behind, TV didn’t work. Smelled of smoke and urine. The facility is outdated.

Liked: The breakfast was pretty good
Disliked: I couldn't unlock my room door after checking in.. It took two times for the right keys to be activated. I had an upstairs room so it was alot of unnecessary walking and I was already tired. It wasn't as clean as it was the time I was there before/

Disliked: Everything. Had roaches in the breakfast, had to take shower with a lamp, the list could go on

It was a pretty lousy...

Liked: The breakfast was really good, but the wait staff was rude.
Disliked: FIrst of all, the girl at registration made me wait and took other customers ahead of me. The bed sheets were damp the entire time. We requested a blanket by message because we got a message to notify the staff if we needed anything. The blanket never came. We requested the bed to be made, and that never happened either. The office chair was broken and the toilet leaked and was not bolted to the floor. It also clogged and spilled onto the floor and we cleaned up as much as we could. We were told there was no maintenance at night. We were in room 161 and the neighbors to the left made too much noise well after midnight. We normally have had a good stay, but this was definitely not a good stay. We wont be coming back and we are telling our friends not to come here either.

Not happy & the least...

Liked: Nothing. Dirty smelly room & carpet.
Disliked: No service or clean towel in the 3night stay. Airconditioning very unhealthy kept the room damp. Tried to get some clean dried towels second night but night staff had no availability of clean towels. The fact we have no recourse for money back on a bad situation & could not afford to lose the or look somewhere else for another hotel.

Health concern

Liked: I like the location and the women who helped me at the front desk was the only polite professional employee there.
Disliked: The room has an exceptional amount of mold I'm shocked they allow anyone to stay in the room. The amount of mold is absolutely a health concern. I have pictures to show the amount caked on the walls and behind the beds and night stand. There were no blankets on the beds only sheets. I had been moved to this room because the first rooms door wasn't working.
