Nice quick getaway but not...

Liked: Staff was amazing. Room was subpar. Restaurant was clean and staff friendly. Jennifer at koana spa was amazing.
Disliked: Room was dirty. Also no water in the room for what was paid I expected better

They looked like they were...

Liked: The view of the lake was gorgeous.The bed was comfortable.Room was clean.
Disliked: The rooms had been painted but the trim work and little details of construction work were rough broken, and looked like they had been through a battle. A real turn-off.Breakfast not very good. Eggs didn't taste like they were real. Zero flavour. Would be nice to have access to some food or drink after 9:00pm.

Enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing

Liked: The resort is beautiful and very relaxing, perfect if you are looking for a quiet getaway. Rooms are clean and spacious. Decent restaurant.
Disliked: They used to offer a good breakfast before , but during our stay this time, the options were very limited. Unfortunately, the pool and Jacuzzi were out of service as well. Additionally, the lakeside area could be better maintained.The AC was too noisy

We stayed for 5 nights...

Liked: The weather was great. The staff were super nice.
Disliked: cleanliness of room. Pool and hot tub were not operable. Gym was small and missing equipment. bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Outdated and poor quality of furniture. Closet door was stuck. Room door looked like it had been recently kicked in - did not feel safe. Room stunk of cigarettes and weed. A/C was also very old and made the rrom smell musty. The nearest beach was Bonnie Beach and it was horrible.
