Liked: Nothing because we couldn’t stay there even though we paid for it on booking.com
Disliked: The hotel had been closed for renovations. We had to go to the other Ramada international East where we had to pay again for the night because they could not just transfer the reservation even though it’s the same hotel chain.

Disliked: When we reached the hotel in the evening after long flight from Europe the hotel was CLOSED. Nobody ever informed us about it. This was unacceptable and irresponsible.

Disliked: We arrived to find the hotel closed and not accepting guests. A printed sign on the door saying closed. We had not recieved any message that this was the case.
