Liked: After checking in online and mutile texts to let them know I will be there past the normal check in time my room was given away wit only a “ no show “ recording from the woman at the desk. How does one online check in, credit card info and drivers license make it a no show???

Liked: Close to airport
Disliked: Room was hot when we entered. No air was put on prior to our arrival. Took about 2 hours for the room to cool. Systems were down when we arrived and could not check in.

Free shuttle not that easy...

Liked: Comfortable bed and decent sized room.
Disliked: The free shuttle required me to make multiple phone calls and being on hold to them for over 7 minutes, then it took about 50 minutes to arrive despite being told it would be 20 minutes. A bit out dated hotel and not that clean- hairs in shower. Some staff lovely but others very difficult- was charged twice for some water and snacks and they refused to refund it despite showing them my bank statement (gave up arguing about it as my taxi was waiting so I had to leave).

Liked: There is a free shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms were clean, and the weight room was good but had dated equipment.
Disliked: The pool was not covered, and it was raining, so we didn't enjoy it.
