Horrible experience, won't be back!

Liked: Our room was large and fit the family - king room w/bunk bed - but very outdated. Had a kitchen but no accessories (dish soap even or silverware).
Disliked: The hotel is run down and needs updates. The pool chairs had mold, towels are small and thin. Pool umbrella went flying off the base and hit my daughter in the face. Staff just got us our room key early (20 min) otherwise did nothing to address it. Sink in bathroom almost falling off wall. Called maintenance for issues and they didn't come. Had to go to front desk in the AM. Lifeguards on their phones and with ear buds in - not watching children at all! Hot tub over full with children - cause water was SO cold. Staff at towel hunt didn't speak English so hard to tell them your name or room number. Elevator was broken - and we were on 3rd floor with kids and a stroller ... Overall a terrible experience and we won't be back!!
