Liked: The waterpark n alot for the kids to do.
Disliked: N/a

Disappointing

Liked: I wouldn’t go back again I had a new born with me and the room smelled like mold that I had to tell the front desk so they can change my room
Disliked: It was mold and the Waterpark staff were rude

Fun family time

Liked: The room was comfortable but needs two bathrooms.
Disliked: The pools weren’t heated. The hours made little time to enjoy everything.

Liked: I like the stay but what I did not like is extra day I had to pay. It was not my mistake it was the Booking.com that did not listen correctly. If you refund me the extra day I will continue, make deals with Booking.com. Thanks Juan Gonzalez

Disliked: Front desk did not have enough staff during the weekend the pool area heater was not working the water was freezing the water park was also closed and the jacuzzi was also not available Housekeeping staff was absolutely rude
