Disliked: My daughter’s feet were black from walking around in our hotel room.

Liked: Staff was nice and restaurant next door was too. Lots of walking distance establish
Disliked: My was wasn't available that I had confirmed a week ahead of time but they accommodated me to another downstairs room. Two towels only no wash clothes and eneven flooring on new tile because I almost tripped so the next day I checked out because my walker wouldn't fix in rest room of room 117. Checked out on Saturday instead of Sunday.

Liked: Bed was comfortable and the room was relatively clean
Disliked: The coffee maker was broken, and after waiting over a day, I brought the machine to the front desk and told him I’d be back to the front desk later to pick it up. I specifically asked them not to go in the room since we wouldn’t be there and all of our stuff was out. I had to do not disturb sign on the door. When we came back to the room our do not disturb sign was gone and they had in fact gone in our room. When we went to the lazy river, I was told that they didn’t have any tubes, the ones they ordered would not be in for a couple weeks. They told me if I needed a tube I could go pay for one in the lobby store.The drinks at the hotel bar were extremely expensive.The front desk staff was nice enough. I called them and went up there and asked to speak to the manager about the issues. I was told he wasn’t there and to call and leave him a voicemail. I called the manager twice and never received a call back.The hotel is extremely dated, including the water park. I even reached out to Ramada, and they were not very helpful at all. I would do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.
