The price was right.

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: the continental breakfast choices were not overly appealing(I may have missed it for I quickly had to run to a meeting but I did not see any fresh fruits or yogurt choices, etc.)If I had been alone, I may not have felt comfortable staying - 1 person sat in hall, luckily I did not have to step over him but when walking down the halls after checking in at 9 pm +/- I passed by (2) doors that were cracked open.

Liked: The staff was amazing. The front desk lady was so lovely. She tried so much to help us when booking.com messed up the reservation. The lobby was nice and seemed like a great setup! Would definitely stay here I'm the future!
Disliked: Note that the negative review is ONLY for booking.com and NOT the hotel!While I received confirmation from booking.com , when we arrived, there was no reservation in the hotel's system. We were not able to stay, as there were no rooms, but the front desk woman was incredibly kind and tried to help in every way. I would absolutely stay at the hotel in the future, just because she was so lovely!!
