Very nice, clean, comfortable room for the price. Staff very helpful at front desk. Only drawback was insufficient attention to the complimentary breakfast.

Liked: Room was exactly as pictured (we had the King Suite) with fireplace in one room and large jacuzzi in second room. Pool area and hot tub were awesome! Our kids had a blast and the price was great!

Disliked: Property is in poor condition. I thought as a Ramada it would have high standards. It was run down, there was a crack at the top of the wall of the adjoining room through which you could clearly hear everything said in the next room, the light above the sink was broken, the cable tv did not work. This was fixed by staff

Liked: Everything! We stayed here 2x so far and we got the same hotel room as last time. It’s a 12 min. Drive to Hershey so it was really convenient.
Disliked: Nothing. No complaints.
