The breakfast was very good with many choices. The room was comfortable once I got settled. The initial room I was assigned had fleas. One was crawling on a leg and the other on the babies neck. Obviously someone had sneaked a pet into the room. The front desk clerk immediately assigned us to another room when I complained.

Liked: Our room was very unkempt. When we got to the elevator to find our room, one of the elevators did not work. When we boarded the working elevator, we noticed the lights indicating the floor levels did not respond to the correct floor, which alarmed us. Then, in our room, my daughter had an allergic asthma attack. She is allergic to mildew, mold, and cigarette smoke. The room had white powder scattered all over the carpet, especially in the corners. It smelled of mildew and cigarette smoke. The bathroom had a sticky substance on the shower handle. There were burn marks on the carpet, and the furniture was scratched and damaged.We felt uncomfortable and unsafe in the space. As my daughter continued having asthmatic symptoms within the first ten minutes that continued getting worse, we left and found a different hotel to stay at.We have asked for a refund, but have not heard back from anyone.
