Good value for the money

The office staff were friendly.

Great overnight stay
Liked: great location, right on the skibus route. Great front desk. Tucker gave us an option of first or 2nd floor which made getting in so much easier

It was disappointing.
Disliked: Water didn’t work when we showed up. It was turned back on eventually but hot water. None of this was disclosed during check in.

If you are looking to...
Liked: Great location within minutes drive to Frisco activities, 15 minutes to Copper mountain resort, 25 minutes from Breckenridge. The low price (compared to other places around) included breakfast. Also, they allow cancellation within days of your reservation which is not common for most other hotels.
Disliked: Extremely small room for a family of 4, bathroom piping smells, parking is limited and it gets worse if it snows. If you don’t mind non-refundable booking options then there are plenty of airbnb options in Frisco.
