Overall the stay was good.

Liked: The free breakfast was a little disappointing.

Liked: The breakfast was alittle disappointing. The beverage dispenser was out of order you had to ask where the milk was. The waffle maker was great but the utensils was weak so it was hard to cut into the waffle

Not a very safe area...

Liked: I realize they were upgrading the rooms special. Thank you for the people that work there. The four look old and needed to be worked on the wood floor.

Disliked: Room was like something out of the 70s, dirty, damaged furniture and had cockroaches.

Liked: Alex whom checked us in was very friendly. Quickly replaced the coffee maker when ours didn't work
Disliked: The breakfast selection.. No fruit of any kind. No protein like eggs, sausage, bacon. No dairy like yogurt.

Disliked: There is no reason why i made my reservation online and went to go check in and i was told i was DNR LIST FOR WHAT I HAVENT BEEN TO RAMADA INN SINCE COVID WAS HERE IN 2020 THEN IN DEC OF 2024 I RESERVED A ROOM PAID FOR IT ONLINE THRU PRICELINE AND A EARLY CHECK IN FEE OF $50 and i still couldnt check in early SMB THE ASSISTENT WORKER THE RUDE FEMALE THAT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WAS JST ALL BAD AND RAMADA IS JST A RUNDOWN HOTEL MOTEL THAT I DO NOT OR WOULD RECCOMEND ANY ONE TO GET A ROOM GO ELESEWHERE BETTER....
