Superb

Liked: Comfortable, clean and helpful staff. On one of our stays, after check in, we entered a room that had not been made up after previous guests checked out. We went to the front desk and said the room was a mess and they apologized and without asking anything else upgraded us to a business class room.

Staff was rude, tried to...

Liked: Good area.
Disliked: Staff, dirty rooms. Found a stale muffin under the tv stand and there was wrappers under our bed as well. Floors were disgusting 100% was not mopped prior to our stay
