Superb

Great trip! Loved the hotel...

Liked: The staff was all helpful. And rooms were clean.
Disliked: The breakfast bar could be a little bit better. Have more options to choose from for vegan or gluten free diets.

A mix of good and...

Liked: Surrounding area had good Chinese food. Beds were wonderfully comfortable. Front desk staff had good English and fulfilled our requests for clean towels, emptying trash bins etc. on days when cleaning was not scheduled.
Disliked: It took a good ten minutes running full blast for the hot water to come out for a shower. Breakfast had quite a few options, but they were exactly the same every day. There was no fruit of any kind, or yogurt. We missed these so much that we ended up buying fruit and yogurt from a supermarket nearby. The breakfast area tended to get overcrowded. Would be more efficient if it had some tables for two. The wifi in our room was very problematical and could not be counted on to work at any given time, causing me considerable stress since I was trying to work on our travel plans and itinerary. We spent a couple hours every day commuting by subway, which did cut into our available time for sightseeing.

Liked: Affordable for NYC and close to the Subway
Disliked: Room/Furniture very dated Water in shower extremely cold. Takes about 10 minutes of running the water for it to be lukewarm.

Liked: Location ,mostly chinese people and resturant you will find, easy access to metro hardly 20 mints metro will take to take you the time square
