Liked: Good location for Flushing Meadows for tennis and subway
Disliked: Property was tired and needs updating Breakfast although free was very limited and repetitive…No fruit etc. and juice was very watered down

I would give this hotel...

Liked: The hotel is located in the "Chinatown" of Queens so lots of restaurants and stores. Convenient to public transportation. Rooms were decorated as expected for a 3 star hotel. Day staff at the front desk was very nice, polite and friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
Disliked: Bathrooms were dirty, especially the shower stalls - black mold on the tiles. Toiletries were limited to a small bottle of shampoo which was half empty, hair conditioner which was empty and a small bar of soap. Housekeeping on demand only - not even fresh towels or emptying of trash cans. One elevator was out of service for 3 days. Breakfast was below average - cheap breads and pastries, unappetizing fried rice and rice porridge. Night staff was very rude and not willing to help with any questions.

Disliked: Smell Poor breakfast offering Coffee was terrible No housekeeping Room is dated everything had a scent Dirty carpets Awful decor - there was a “shower” in hall of the hotel Neighborhood has nothing to offer
