Disliked: The facility is old and unkept. It could have been cleaner. I was disappointed.

We were only in town...

Liked: The staff and management were incredibly attentive, accommodating and kind. The pool was great for the kids too.
Disliked: A bit old but looks like improvements are in the works.

We made do with the...

Liked: Room was freshly painted and the beds we comfy and A/C worked great. We were in town for a softball tournament and so just stayed a night and made do. Pool looked nice but we did not have time to use it.
Disliked: Well, we arrived, and I stood at the front desk for about 10mins till someone showed up to check in. There was no bell to ring or anything to get anyone's attention. Check in was fast and easy. Then got to our room and renovations were being done to the hotel which I'm sure will make it better in the future. But both windows in our room, the cranks did not work, and the one window was open when we got to our room. I tried a bunch of ways to shut it but being on 2nd floor I was limited. We took pictures and went to show the gentleman at the front desk, so that we did not get blamed for any damage.
